This workshop will engage young people in understanding green skills and outline actions for policymakers, leaders and industry to support green jobs. SOS International supports students and youth groups globally to lead on sustainability and social justice. It connects, strengthens and scales impactful initiatives, and convenes international student-led and student-focused organisations that work on sustainability and social justice to:
• Support more and better action among education institutions and student organisations
• Scale programmes and campaigns to have a wider reach and greater impact
• Strengthen the capacity of member organisations to empower student leadership
• Amplify the voice of students worldwide to influence systemic change
This is one of five workshops across the world to develop understanding and advocacy for green skills, as part of Green Jobs for Youth Pact.
